Mr Godfrey led a brilliant Numberfun Day. We began with a worship focusing on talents and this included a video of children in a school in a different community from ours. Each class then had a maths session based on the Numberfun songs. We are now looking forward to including the songs in our maths lessons.

  • Harvest Celebrations

We had a lovely Harvest Festival Service in St Thomas’s Church. Each class presented a Harvest song or poem and the choir also performed. We brought food donations for PAFRAS which were received by Rev’d Sarah and we also included a Global theme in the service by supporting Farm Africa and wearing our wellies to the service. Thank you for all of the donations, we raised £84.67 for Farm Africa. Thank you also to Ainsty Farm Shop who donated the beautiful Harvest Sheaf.

Well done also to the school choir sang harvest songs at Cafe Church on Sunday 7th October in Whixley Village Hall.
