Collective Worship Team

The 'Collective Worship Team', made up of our Y6 pupils, take responsibility for planning and delivering a weekly collective worship which is based on the theme of the week and the Christian value focus. They also support the daily act of collective worship through organising the hall and music, leading the opening trinity prayer, lighting the candles and choosing the closing prayer (written by one of the pupils). In our celebration worship - at the end of the week - the team also help organise certificates and enjoy assisting with handing them out to the chosen pupils. Certificates include gold awards, presentation awards, reading rainforest and any special out of school awards for example swimming, beavers/brownies, gymnastics and football.
